Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Learning Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions that enhance employee experience and learning management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support Workday HCM and Learning implementations, enhancements, and post-production support activities.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Learning modules, including learning content, curricula, certifications, enrollments, and reporting.
Design and execute testing strategies, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution for Workday-related incidents.
Develop and maintain business process configurations, security roles, notifications, and integrations related to HCM and Learning.
Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and learning initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and Workday best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
2+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Learning.
Experience in Workday implementation, optimization, or support projects.
Strong understanding of HR business processes, talent management, and learning management systems.
Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday certification in HCM and/or Learning.
Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data migration activities.
Knowledge of additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, or Absence Management.
Experience working in global or multi-country HR environments.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
