4 Squares Dentistry is a growing multi-branch dental care provider based in Chennai, with 4 active branches serving a diverse urban patient base. We offer comprehensive dental treatments delivered by experienced professionals in a welcoming, patient-first environment. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive patient acquisition, manage leads end-to-end, and contribute meaningfully to each branch's growth.
Role - Sales Executive - Patient Acquisition & Lead Management
Job Location - Thoraipakkam / Gowriwakkam Branch, Chennai
Experience level - Minimum 2 years & above
- 2 years & above experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or lead management
- Experience in dental, hospital, clinic, or wellness sales is a strong advantage
- Prior hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms is preferred
Salary Offered- INR 25,000/- to 35,000/- plus incentives ( May vary based on experience level/skills attained)
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Response & Conversion (Highest Priority)
- Respond to ALL incoming leads IMMEDIATELY - prompt response is the single most critical KPI of this role
- Engage leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email as appropriate and as preferred by the lead
- Deliver the management-approved sales script accurately and confidently in every interaction
- Qualify leads, understand patient needs, and guide them toward booking at the right branch
- Follow up with unconverted leads consistently through calls and messages until a final decision is made
- Track every lead's status daily until the patient has physically checked in at the branch
2. Marketing Coordination
- Liaise regularly with the marketing team to receive, review, and act on new leads without delay
- Provide clear feedback on lead quality, patient queries, and objections to help refine campaigns
- Coordinate timing and volume of lead handoffs to ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or duplicated
- Share weekly conversion data and insights with the marketing team for campaign optimisation
3. Multi-Language Communication
- Communicate with each lead in their preferred language (Tamil, English, Telugu, Hindi, etc.) as required
- Adapt tone, script delivery, and messaging style based on the lead's language and communication style
- Escalate or coordinate language support where needed to ensure no lead is lost due to a language barrier
4. Script Adherence & Compliance
- Deliver the approved script faithfully and handle objections within the defined framework
- Report any gaps, inefficiencies, or repeated objections in the script to management for review
- Maintain consistent messaging and brand representation across all 4 branches
5. CRM & Data Management
- Update all lead data in real time in both Microsoft Excel trackers and Zoho CRM - no exceptions
- Record lead source, language preference, appointment status, follow-up history, and outcome accurately
- Flag overdue or at-risk leads daily for management review
- Prepare and submit weekly lead pipeline reports and conversion summaries
6. Branch Coordination & Check-In Follow-Up
- Coordinate with each individual branch to communicate confirmed appointments and expected check-ins
- Maintain active follow-up with scheduled leads until they physically arrive at the branch
- Liaise with branch reception to ensure arriving patients are expected, welcomed, and attended to promptly
- Escalate no-shows or cancellations immediately and attempt re-scheduling without delay
7. Meetings & Internal Communication
- Attend regular meetings with Operations, Marketing, and Management as scheduled
- Present lead status, conversion rates, pipeline challenges, and recommendations clearly
- Maintain meeting notes and follow through on all committed action items
- Proactively raise any branch-level issues that are affecting lead conversion or patient experience
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Communications, or Healthcare preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or lead management
- Experience in dental, hospital, clinic, or wellness sales is a strong advantage
- Prior hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Tamil and English; additional regional languages are a bonus
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills with a patient, empathetic approach
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple leads and branches simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, filters, basic reporting)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, calling apps, CRM tools, and basic digital platforms
