We are looking for a Chef (Part-Time) to lead our Test Kitchen, develop exceptional recipes, and collaborate with our engineering team to ensure our products deliver the highest standards of taste, quality, and user experience.
Role Overview
As the Chef, you will oversee recipe development and Test Kitchen operations while working closely with product and engineering teams to accelerate product development. This role blends culinary expertise with modern technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Create, test, and refine recipes to showcase and optimize our kitchen automation products.
Develop a diverse recipe portfolio that caters to different dietary preferences and culinary trends.
Conduct rigorous taste tests and provide feedback on product performance, taste, and texture.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Test Kitchen, maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant workspace.
Work closely with engineers and product teams to integrate culinary expertise into hardware and software design.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product features and user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Chef in a professional kitchen.
Strong culinary skills with expertise across cuisines and techniques.
Passion for food innovation and interest in kitchen technology.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communicator and collaborator in a dynamic team environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.
