Full job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and editing high-quality videos for digital platforms, branding, marketing campaigns, social media, events, and internal communication. The candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling, layout, color balance, motion, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, flyers, standees, and other marketing materials.
Design branding and promotional content in line with the company’s visual identity.
Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for campaigns and brand communication.
Work on event creatives, internal branding materials, and digital advertisements.
Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets as required.
Coordinate with different departments to understand design requirements.

Video Editing:

Edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, events, advertisements, reels, and corporate communication.
Add transitions, effects, text, subtitles, background music, voiceovers, and animations where needed.
Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
Trim raw footage and assemble recorded material into polished final videos.
Ensure videos are aligned with brand tone, style, and messaging.
Manage video formats, resolutions, and exports suitable for different platforms.
Assist in shoot planning, content ideation, and post-production support.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW or similar software.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of social media content trends and platform-specific creative requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualities:

Creative mindset with innovative ideas.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and trends.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of branding and marketing communication.

Experience Required:

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
