About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and passionate Business Development Executive, someone who believes in the power of education and wants to actively contribute to helping students discover meaningful career paths.
This role goes beyond traditional sales. This is a field job. You will be the bridge between students and opportunities, introducing them to programs that can shape their future.

As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with colleges, institutions and students, helping them understand how our programs can support their growth. Your work will play a critical role in expanding our reach and enabling more students to benefit from meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Market Outreach & Student Engagement
* Conduct on-ground visits to colleges, universities, and educational institutions to introduce EduGuild’s courses, certifications, and training programs.
* Deliver engaging presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions to students and faculty about career opportunities and learning pathways.
* Build and maintain relationships with students, professors, placement officers, and institutional partners.
Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
* Identify and generate high-quality leads through college interactions, networking events, and referrals.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Guide interested students through the enrollment process by answering questions and helping them make informed decisions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
* Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
* Clearly communicate the value and outcomes of our programs to prospective students.
* Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Market Insights & Feedback
* Gather feedback from students and institutions to understand learning needs and market demand.
* Monitor industry trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings.
* Share insights with the team to help improve programs and outreach strategies.
Collaboration & Representation
* Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and outreach initiatives.
* Coordinate with the academic team to ensure accurate representation of program offerings.
* Represent EduGuild at career fairs, seminars and educational events to expand our presence.
Performance Tracking
* Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and conversions using CRM tools.
* Track and report enrollment numbers, lead generation activities and conversion rates.
* Continuously analyze performance and refine outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development or field marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build genuine relationships with students, educators and institutional stakeholders.
*Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
