Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our healthcare design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design capability, excellent drafting skills, and clear communication abilities. A willingness to travel for project coordination and site execution is essential.
This role offers exposure to large-scale and high-impact healthcare infrastructure projects in India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings for healthcare projects
- Prepare and coordinate working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings
- Collaborate with clinical planners, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and hospital stakeholders
- Ensure designs comply with healthcare planning norms, functional requirements, and safety regulations
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings
- Support project documentation, design revisions, and regulatory approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong architectural design and planning skills
- Excellent drafting and detailing ability
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Good understanding of building codes and construction practices
- Fluent spoken and written English for client interactions and documentation
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel outside Mumbai for project requirements
Compensation
CTC: ₹3 – 4.5 LPA (Depending on technical skills and overall caliber.)
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or institutional projects
- Knowledge of medical planning standards and healthcare workflows
- Site coordination experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
