Project Manager – Interiors

Position: Project Manager – Interiors
Location: Decotales, JP Nagar

Your Mission:

To lead from the front and ensure every project is executed with precision, proactivity, and perfection. You’ll drive the entire lifecycle of interior projects—from the initial design download to final handover—ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execution & Ownership:

Own the entire project from start to finish—design download, coordination, vendor management, and final handover.
Act as the single point of contact, ensuring the client never has to follow up or escalate.

2. Team Leadership:

Guide and supervise Site Supervisors across all active sites.
Monitor their daily reports, timelines, quality, and ensure site readiness in advance.

3. Client Experience Management:

Provide daily updates even before the client asks.
Create a stress-free journey for homeowners by preventing issues, not just solving them.
Deliver homes that leave clients saying, “Wow!”

4. Proactive Risk Management:

Identify potential delays or errors before they occur.
Take smart decisions to resolve issues without waiting for escalations.

5. Quality & Timelines:

Ensure strict adherence to design accuracy, material quality, and workmanship.
Maintain live project tracking—no outdated updates or surprises.

6. Process & Documentation:

Maintain a complete project booklet with drawings, budgets, timelines, and checklists.
Ensure app-based project trackers are updated in real time.

7. Vendor & Resource Coordination:

Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
Ensure optimal resource allocation—people, materials, and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of project management experience in interiors or construction.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Strong technical understanding of modular furniture, site execution, and finishing.
Passion for client satisfaction, strong problem-solving attitude.
