Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in search engine optimization, website analysis, keyword research, content optimization, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, analytical, and passionate about improving online visibility and website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, headings, content optimization, and internal linking.
Support off-page SEO efforts such as backlink research and outreach activities.
Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior to prepare reports.
Collaborate with content writers and designers to optimize website content for search engines.
Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for improvements.
Research industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices.
Assist in creating SEO performance reports and presentations.
Support digital marketing campaigns and other online marketing initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or SEO tools is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis is an added advantage.
