Job Description :
As a Senior Interior Designer at Intezine, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional interior design solutions for our corporate clients. You will be responsible for leading client communication, designing office layouts, managing internal and external teams, and ensuring the cost-effective selection of materials. Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Communication :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
Translate client visions and preferences into actionable design concepts and plans.
Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, incorporating their feedback and suggestions.

Office Layout and Design :

Develop creative and functional office space plans and layouts that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Utilize design software to create detailed floor plans, renderings, and 3D visualizations to present to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling visual presentations that showcase design concepts.

Materials Selection and Cost Optimization :

Possess a deep understanding of a wide range of interior materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Select materials and design elements that align with client budgets while maintaining design integrity.
Optimize material choices to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Coordination and Management :

Collaborate with external consultants, including architects, engineers, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution
Manage and mentor junior interior designers and 3D visualization teams, providing guidance and feedback.
Perform quantification and prepare bills of material to streamline procurement processes.

Industry Awareness :

Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in interior design for corporate office spaces.
Incorporate the latest innovations and design trends into your work to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design or a related field.
Proven track record with 5-7 years of experience in interior design, particularly in corporate office spaces.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suit.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional project management and team leadership abilities.
Adept at coordinating with external consultants and vendors.
