Handle daily communication of emails and post.
Provide all kinds of administrative support to the Director in internal and external correspondence, maintain Director’s calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
Liaise between other Directors and members of staff as and when required.
Maintain records as electronic data for personal as well as official matters for the Director.

Must skills:

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other Graphics softwares
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English
Personable and attentive

Must Skills:
Excellent design and CAD skills
Excellent Presentation skills including knowledge of presentation softwares (such as Sketchup, Photoshop, Coral Draw)
Good know how of rules, regulations and by- laws
Experience in handling large scale Projects
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working on large scale projects from start to finish
Experience of being active part in communication channels within the team and with client and consultants
Experience in working individually and mentoring team members
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success
Able to work on deadlines and under pressure

Preferred Skills:

Develop individual Specialization (landscape, facade GIS, BRIM)
Management skills
