Location - Chinar Park , Newtown & Laketown - jessore Road

Preferred Candidates - Staying in local with in range of 50 km

Education _ 10 or 12th Standard

1. Patrol and Surveillance

Property Patrols: Regularly walk or drive around the assigned premises (residential complexes, industrial sites, or commercial offices) to check doors, windows, gates, and fences.
Monitoring Systems: Watch live feeds from security cameras (CCTV) and monitor alarm panels for any unusual activity or breaches.
Identifying Hazards: Look out for potential safety risks, such as water leaks, fire hazards, blocked emergency exits, or malfunctioning lights.

2. Access Control and Gate Management

Visitor Verification: Greet visitors, check their identification, and verify their purpose of visit before allowing entry.
Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate registers or digital logs of all incoming and outgoing visitors, vehicles, and materials.
Material Gate Pass Checking: Ensure that no equipment or material leaves the premises without a valid, authorized gate pass signed by management.
Frisking and Screening: Perform physical or metal-detector screening of personnel and baggage where required by company policy.

3. Incident Response and Emergency Management

Emergency Handling: Act as a first responder during crises such as fires, medical emergencies, natural disasters, or physical altercations.
Evacuation Guidance: Help safely guide employees, residents, or visitors to designated assembly areas during an emergency evacuation.
Liaison with Authorities: Quickly contact and coordinate with local police, fire departments, or medical services when major incidents occur.

4. Enforcement of Rules and Discipline

Policy Enforcement: Ensure that everyone on the property strictly adheres to company rules, safety regulations, and codes of conduct.
Trespasser Prevention: Challenge unauthorized individuals on the property and politely but firmly escort them off the premises.
Traffic and Parking Management: Regulate vehicle movement and ensure cars or delivery trucks park only in designated zones to avoid blocking fire lanes and entry points.

5. Administrative and Reporting Duties

Daily Shift Logs: Maintain a detailed daily diary (General Diary/GD) recording all events, shift handovers, and occurrences during the duty hours.
Incident Reports: Write clear, objective, and timely reports regarding any thefts, property damage, or security breaches for management review.
Key Management: Maintain safe custody of all site keys and log their issuance and return.
