Job Description

Position Summary

The Office Boy provides essential support to ensure smooth daily operations in a corporate environment. This role involves assisting staff, maintaining office organization, and handling routine administrative and hospitality tasks.

· Key Responsibilities

· Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

· Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.

· Deliver and collect documents within departments and to external offices when required.

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

· Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary materials before scheduled sessions.

· Handle minor errands such as purchasing office supplies or coordinating with vendors.

· Support administrative staff with routine tasks and provide general assistance to colleagues.

· Monitor stock of pantry items and office supplies, reporting shortages promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

· Basic knowledge of office procedures and etiquette.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and follow instructions efficiently.

· Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.

· Minimum qualification: High school (preferred).

· Prior experience in a corporate office environment is an advantage.

Work Environment

· Corporate office setting.

· Requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
