Role: Executive Assistant Intern – Founder’s Office (Agentic AI + Operations)

You won’t just take notes or schedule meetings. You will build and deploy AI agents that automate the founder’s repetitive tasks – from market research scrapers to internal follow-up bots. What you’ll do (real impact)
- Agentic AI development – Design, test, and deploy AI agents (using tools like n8n, LangChain, AutoGPT, or custom scripts) to handle research, reporting, and coordination autonomously.
- Founder support – Manage calendar, comms, trackers, and documentation with extreme ownership.
- Team coordination – Drive cross-team follow-ups, ensure deliverables are met, and flag bottlenecks.
- Market & AI research – Analyse trading trends, new AI tools, and competitive landscape; present actionable insights.
- Project execution – Own partnership coordination, event logistics, and internal ops sprints.
What you bring (non-negotiable)
Skills :
1 .Agentic AI literacy
You’ve built or tinkered with autonomous agents (e.g., AI that summarises emails, scrapes data, or triggers actions without human prompts).
2. Analytical muscle
You can look at numbers, spot patterns, and propose decisions – not just collect data.
People & team coordination
You Execute with mindset with the ability to keep projects aligned and moving efficiently
3. Action orientation
You move from planning to doing quickly, and deliver consistently on what you commit to.
4. Ownership
You spot what needs to be done, bring solutions (not just problems), and follow through without being chased.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a Master’s degree (any discipline) – Bachelor’s with exceptional AI portfolio also considered
- Available for full-time, on-site internship in Noida for 6 months
- Laptop mandatory – Windows/Mac with ability to run local AI/scripting environments
- Residence in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, or Greater Noida (regular commute required)
Preferred (but not mandatory)
- Prior startup or entrepreneurship exposure
- Basic understanding of financial markets / quant trading
- Experience with Python, APIs, or no-code AI automation tools 7
