Job Title: Preparatory School Teacher – Hindi

Subject & Grades: Hindi – Classes 3 to 5 (CBSE)

Job Type: Full-time | Regular

Role Overview

Brilliant National School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hindi Teacher for Classes 3 to 5. The role focuses on strengthening reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken Hindi using interactive CBSE-aligned methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver lesson plans and activity plans aligned with the CBSE Hindi curriculum.
- Teach grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, handwriting, and basic composition.
- Conduct storytelling, recitation, reading, and speaking activities.
- Design and conduct assessments and worksheets.
- Maintain student progress records and documentation.
- Encourage correct pronunciation and confident expression.
- Foster a joyful and language-rich classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents through PTMs and progress reports.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Graduate with Hindi as a subject.
- B.Ed./D.Ed. mandatory for primary teaching.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE primary classes preferred.
- Strong command over written and spoken Hindi.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Graduate in English or a related field (B.A. English preferred).
- B.Ed./D.Ed. mandatory for primary teaching.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in primary classes (3–5) in CBSE/ICSE schools.
- Strong communication skills, patience, creativity, and a child-centric approach.

Work Location & Timings

- Location: Mandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- (One Saturday off as per school policy)
- School Timings: 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM

Weekly Stay Back: Once a week till 5:00 PM (Mandatory)

Awareness of Academic & Administrative Documentation

The candidate must be familiar with maintaining the following records:

- Students’ Anecdotal Records
- Students’ Internal Marks Register
- Formative and Summative Assessments as per CBSE norms
- Activity-Based Teaching Records
- Lesson Plans, Activity Plans, and Weekly Plans
- Professional Parent Communication (written and verbal)
