Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating business from USA-based clients by selling IT talents, dedicated hiring models, payroll hiring, IT services, digital marketing services, web development, software development, mobile app development, eCommerce solutions, and team outsourcing services.
The candidate must have previous experience in international sales, especially with USA clients, and should be confident in cold calling, client communication, requirement gathering, proposal drafting, pricing discussion, negotiation, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities: USA Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential USA clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, business directories, freelancing platforms, and other lead sources.
- Generate qualified leads for IT services, talent hiring, payroll hiring, dedicated teams, and outsourcing services.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, HR teams, startup founders, and project managers in the USA.
Cold Calling & Client Communication
- Make outbound calls to USA-based prospects during US business hours.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Understand client pain points and suggest suitable IT service or hiring solutions.
- Maintain a confident and convincing US English communication style.
IT Services & Talent Selling
- Sell services such as:
- Dedicated IT talent hiring
- Payroll hiring

Requirement Gathering
- Understand client requirements related to skills, experience level, budget, project scope, timeline, team size, and hiring model.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to confirm feasibility, pricing, timeline, and resource availability.
- Convert client requirements into clear business proposals.
Proposal Drafting & Follow-Ups
- Draft customized proposals, quotations, service packages, hiring models, and project scope documents.
- Prepare professional emails and responses for USA clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain proper communication records.
- Handle objections and move leads toward closure.
Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Negotiate pricing, hiring terms, service terms, project timelines, and payment models.
- Convince clients by presenting value, service quality, talent strength, and cost advantages.
- Close deals and coordinate with the onboarding/project management team after confirmation.
Budgeting & Timeline Discussion
- Discuss project budgets with clients based on scope and service requirements.
- Explain hourly, monthly, dedicated resource, payroll hire, and fixed-cost pricing models.
- Understand project deadlines and communicate realistic delivery timelines.
- Coordinate internally to avoid false commitments.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain daily call reports, lead status, follow-up records, proposal status, and sales pipeline.
- Update CRM or lead management sheets regularly.
- Report daily and weekly progress to the sales manager or management team.
