. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Communication between the Client and the Technical teams.
.Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.
. Generating Revenue & projects and closing deals with International Clients.
.Create a formal proposal for the project and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
- Creating documents like BRS /SRS and Project Cost Estimation
- Identifies client organizations' strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
- Technical Recommendation and Testing.
.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Good Knowledge of Mobile apps (iOS/android/hybrid) and Web systems.
- Strong documentation skills, prioritizing requirements and create conceptual prototypes, Business Proposal, Agreement, SRS, RFS, etc. to ease the flow of work development.
- Should have sound technical knowledge of the frameworks and technologies.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
