Full job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
Work closely with in house AV Designers and Engineers from different manufactures like Extron, Crestron, Yealink, Logitech, etc. to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience center, command center, auditorium, ballroom, etc.
Study the schematic drawings to understand the technical & functional requirements to implement each solution.
Assist in post deployment support.
Ability to operate VTC and AV equipment
Initiate point to point VTC calls, either in room or remotely
Ensuring that expectations of customers utilizing all on site conferencing facilities are successful
Responsibilities include all aspects of in-room operation and presentation assistance
Ensuring that audio visual equipment is correctly delivered and set up of room is in good working condition
Perform room checks to ensure that conferencing facilities are properly maintained
Train customers with basic AV equipment and controls
Answer technical and logistic questions pertaining to video conferencing and collaboration services provided to client
Maintain accurate records of all VC and AV request & conference room inventory
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on AV/VC systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all AV/VC systems are integrated seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure
Schedule and attend Quarterly health checkup of AV & VC equipment
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AV/VC technology QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required.

PREFERRED SKILLS Good understanding of Cisco’s Collaboration Portfolio” Strong understanding of TCP/IP and ability to install and troubleshoot LANs and WANs.

Excellent communications and documentation skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: CCNP Voice/Collaboration or equivalent experience. (CCIE Voice/Collaboration strongly preferred) Experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and VoIP technologies Must have minimum 1 year of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Audio Visual solution. Experience in some of the products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.

Pay: ₹565,921.20 - ₹640,380.23 per year
