Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can manage software and website projects using proper SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), handle project deadlines, coordinate with developers/designers, manage deployment on Hostinger servers, and ensure smooth client communication and project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Manage complete software and website development lifecycle.
- Create project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor daily task progress and assign work to developers/designers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and clients.
- Maintain project status reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure all projects follow company SOPs and workflows.
SOP & Process Management
- Implement and maintain project SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation before development starts.
- Maintain task tracking sheets and delivery checklists.
- Coordinate testing, QA, and deployment processes.
Hosting & Server Management
- Manage website hosting on Hostinger servers.
- Handle domain, DNS, SSL, email configuration, backups, and migrations.
- Coordinate server deployment with developers.
- Monitor uptime and website/server performance.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate between developers, designers, marketing, and clients.
- Organize project meetings and maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
- Ensure proper communication across all departments.
Client Handling
- Understand client requirements and prepare execution plans.
- Provide regular project updates to clients.
- Handle support requests and escalation management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of software/web development workflow.
- Experience with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or Asana.
- Knowledge of hosting panels such as Hostinger hPanel/cPanel.
- Understanding of domains, DNS, SSL, FTP, and server basics.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong deadline management and reporting skills.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
- WordPress & PHP project understanding
- Basic knowledge of frontend/backend technologies

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA (IT) or related field
