We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Lead to own and scale analytics, reporting, and insights for a cloud-native US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform. This expert-level role combines hands-on data analysis, BI strategy, AI/ML insights, Power BI/Power Automate workflows, and advanced reporting. You will drive actionable analytics across Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, Payments, Denials, AR, and EDI, ensuring real-time dashboards, alerts, and executive reporting. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, DBA, AI/ML, RPA, DevOps, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliance-ready analytics.
Analytics Strategy & Ownership:
- Define and execute analytics roadmap aligned with business outcomes and RCM workflows.
- Establish standardized KPIs, dashboards, and alerts, integrating AI/ML and predictive insights.
- Serve as primary escalation point for all analytics issues and decisions.
Hands-On Data Analysis & BI:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze EDI transaction data (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278) to drive operational and financial insights.
- Develop advanced SQL queries on SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, and other databases.
- Integrate BI with enterprise workflows via Power Automate and automated reporting pipelines.
AI/ML & Automation Enablement:
- Partner with AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA teams to define metrics, monitor model performance, and track workflow automation success.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that capture predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automation exceptions.
Reporting, Presentation & MS Office Enablement:
- Create stakeholder-ready reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas), PowerPoint presentations, and Word documentation.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and executives.
- Support self-service analytics for operational teams and enable data storytelling.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers, Data Analysts, and Junior Analysts.
- Establish BI development standards, review processes, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage sprint planning, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Security, Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure analytics and BI solutions comply with HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal security policies.
- Implement RBAC, PHI masking, and audit-ready reporting.
- Maintain clear documentation of metrics, dashboards, and data sources for transparency and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- 8–12+ years in data analytics, BI, or related roles; 3+ years in a lead/manager role.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for advanced reporting and executive presentations.
- Experience in US Healthcare, RCM, or other regulated domains preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, or predictive analytics is a strong plus.
