The Bio Global is a growing cosmetics and personal care manufacturing company based in Bawana, Delhi. We specialize in third-party manufacturing of skincare, haircare, personal care, and beauty products for brands across India.

Our focus is on quality manufacturing, smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and building long-term business relationships in the beauty and wellness industry.

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Backend Office Executive to support our daily office and e-commerce operations.

Job ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Order Processing

Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, JioMart, and other marketplaces
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and order documents
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team
Handle return, replacement, and cancellation updates
Maintain daily order records and reports

IndiaMART Calling & Lead Management

Call and follow up with IndiaMART inquiries
Explain company services and product manufacturing details
Coordinate with potential clients and sales team
Maintain lead database and follow-up records

Documentation & Backend Office Work

Maintain Excel sheets and office records
Handle invoices, courier documents, stock reports, and purchase records
Prepare daily operational reports
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams
Support overall office management activities

Skills Required

Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Good communication skills
Organized and responsible attitude
Ability to multitask and handle backend operations

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Experience

E-commerce backend experience preferred
Marketplace panel knowledge is a plus

Salary

Salary according to skills and experience
