You will shape how AI is leveraged to deliver delightful experiences and great outcomes for job seekers while helping employers evaluate candidates faster - partnering with ML, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and UX Research to rapidly bring products to market and create global impact.
As a Product Manager III for Indeed Apply, you will serve as the primary product voice for your area in leadership forums, drive cross-functional strategy across geographies, and translate competing priorities into a clear roadmap your partners can execute against - with the discipline to prioritize ruthlessly in a high-demand environment so the team stays focused on what matters most.

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for core Indeed Apply experiences across web and mobile, grounded in job seeker needs, employer requirements, and measurable business outcomes

Partner with ML, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and UX Research and partner teams to facilitate cross-functional discovery, validate concepts through user research and experiments, and drive execution from concept to launch - shipping solutions that improve application quality, conversion, and job seeker trust

Define success metrics before work begins and use behavioral data, A/B tests, and qualitative research to iterate after launch - knowing what to build next and what to deliberately not build

Apply AI/ML product judgment to move features from hypothesis to production - scoping data and model requirements with technical partners, navigating build-vs-buy and complexity tradeoffs, and measuring both user and business impact after launch

Represent the job seeker voice in planning and review forums, ensure apply experiences stay cohesive across surfaces, and communicate crisply with senior leaders and cross-functional partners - sharing progress, decisions, risks, and learnings in a data-driven, narrative-first way

Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.

Experience with data analysis (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (Figma), AI tools and prototyping (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), and UX Research.
- Consumer-facing product development at scale in marketplace, platform, or two-sided network environments.
- AI/ML product experience, including working knowledge of large language models, conversational AI, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation workflows applied in production.
- Cross-functional product leadership across engineering, data science, UX, and business partners in distributed, globally remote teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics upfront and measuring product impact after delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting tradeoffs and recommendations to senior leaders.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
