Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fresher Flutter Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring mobile app developers who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in Flutter development.

As a Flutter Developer, you will work alongside experienced developers to develop, test, and maintain mobile applications. You will gain hands-on experience with real-world projects while learning industry best practices and modern mobile development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build responsive and user-friendly mobile application screens.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
Learn and implement Flutter development best practices.
Integrate APIs and handle application data.
Debug and fix issues identified during development and testing.
Collaborate with team members, including developers, designers, and testers.
Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter features and mobile development trends.
Support application deployment and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in BE & B. Tech field.
0–3 months of experience (including internships, academic projects, or personal projects).
Basic understanding of Dart programming language.
Basic knowledge of Flutter framework and widget concepts.
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON data handling.
Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Academic, internship, or personal projects developed using Flutter.
Basic knowledge of Firebase services.
Understanding of state management concepts such as Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.
Familiarity with Android Studio or VS Code.
Basic understanding of mobile app UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of local storage solutions such as Shared Preferences or SQLite.
