Functions: Talent Acqusition

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs for Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and related technical roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.
Conduct proactive outreach to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for key technical roles (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, etc.).
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational needs.
Use technical interview frameworks and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
Administer technical assessments and coordinate coding challenges for data-related roles.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, team leads, and senior leadership to continuously align on talent requirements and progress.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment status, candidate pipelines, and market insights.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

Utilize recruitment analytics to track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve overall recruitment processes.

Employer Branding:

Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice for top-tier data engineering and analytics talent.
Partner with the marketing team to create engaging content and initiatives that highlight the company’s culture and opportunities within the data and tech fields.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data engineering, analytics, and technology recruitment.
Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

A bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
5-9 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or related technical domains.
Strong understanding of the tech stack used in data engineering and analytics
Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent in a competitive market.
Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
