Total Experience : 5 years ( Preferred candidates only with Waste Water Treatment (WWTP ) / Effluent Treatment (ETP) or Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
Education : Bachelors in Mechanical or Chemical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning/ Design/Documentation and Reporting
i. Assist in the development of project plans, including scope and schedule.
ii. Preparation of Engineering documentations in consultation with Project Manager and Seniors.
iii. Perform calculations and analyses to support design decisions.
iv. Along with engineering teams/Design to ensure details/designs meet contract requirements and client specifications.
v. Ensure project documentations comply with environmental regulations and permitting requirements.
vi. Maintaining project documentations, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
vii. Prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and milestones.
viii. Assist in the preparation of project closure/handover documents, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and final reports.
i. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment required for project implementation.
ii. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely receipt of post ordering documents and follow up for delivery of materials and services.
iii. Support the construction and installation activities on-site, including monitoring of progress.
iv. Preparation of schedule and keep a track of the same.
v. Interact with internal stakeholders for the completion of appointed work timely.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree. (Preferable Environmental Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering.)
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS project will be added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
