Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries in Zoho Books and Tally ERP
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Generate financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MIS reporting
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
- Familiarity with other Zoho applications is a plus
