Job Description

Monitor, track, and report on data quality issues across systems, including remediation timelines and stakeholder impact
Partner with Data Governance, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent data definitions, controls, and usage across platforms.
Maintain documentation of key data flows, dependencies, and control frameworks.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-release regression testing for system releases that impact operational or enterprise data.
Validate data integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and expected system behavior following releases.
Provide operational sign-off on releases in enterprise databases
Identify and escalate any data-related defects or control breakdowns identified during testing.

Expected Outcomes

Establish a governed exception-lifecycle process—monthly tracking, threshold-based prioritization, and full adherence to the Detect Classify Remediate Resolve Report model—to drive disciplined follow-through and reduction of recurring breaks.
Deploy an automated DQ control framework with workflow center that systematically surface exceptions, route them to the correct teams, and enforce ownership through a centralized management hub.
