Job Description

Conceptualization and development of Websites, Flash Animations, Multimedia and Software Interfaces, and Corporate Presentations and Brochure designs
Visualize and design concepts on the basis of requirements communicated in a variety of forms, ranging from a single; paragraph description of client requirements to a well-detailed design suggestion document
Work with the team of third-party technical and design professionals and direct/assist junior designers for design activities
Coordinate with international clients and business developers directly
If the candidate demonstrates impressive leadership and managerial abilities then they might be considered for the position of Art Director as well

Desired Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and exposure to international clients

Good knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, and Macromedia Flash etc
Fine arts background preferred
Must possess proficiency in flash animations
Must have excellent communication skills and should be a good team player
Candidates with good hand in sketching and cell animation will be preferred
Candidates MUST NOT be from the Print Media background

Experience in the e-learning and/or Web application development space would be excellent.
