Job Title: Receptionist / Clinic Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Receptionist / Clinic Administrator to manage front desk operations, patient registrations in Cliniify software, assist physiotherapists in daily tasks, create social media content/vidoes, and actively participate in clinic marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with technology, and willing to take initiative in growing the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Patient Management
- Greet and attend patients professionally
- Manage patient registrations and appointments
- Update and maintain patient records in Cliniify software
- Handle billing, receipts, and payment entries
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and follow-ups
- Maintain daily appointment schedules
2. Clinic Administration
- Maintain patient files and documentation
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding appointments
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage basic inventory (therapy materials, office supplies, etc.)
3. Clinical Assistance
- Assist physiotherapists in preparing treatment rooms
- Help guide patients during exercises (as instructed)
- Maintain hygiene and organization of treatment areas
4. Social Media & Content creation
- Shooting and editing simple Instagram/Facebook reels
- Capture patient testimonials (with consent)
- Help in posting clinic updates and promotional content
- Support basic Canva designing (posters, offers, awareness posts)
5. Marketing & Business Development Support
- Make follow-up calls to patients for appointments and feedback
- Call and follow up with gym members for physiotherapy consultations
- Coordinate and follow up with referring doctors
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and health camps
- Maintain database of leads and track conversion
- Support in implementing monthly marketing campaigns
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Confident in making phone calls and follow-ups
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
- Comfortable using clinic software (Cliniify – training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of Instagram & social media
- Organized, proactive, and patient-friendly
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass, Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in clinic/hospital front desk preferred
- Basic knowledge of video editing apps (InShot/CapCut/Canva) is a plus
- Interest in healthcare marketing is an advantage
