Full job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CAD Design & Drafting

Create and modify 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks as per design specifications

Prepare and update 2D engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD

Ensure drawings comply with GD&T standards and company drafting conventions

Revise drawings based on feedback from senior engineers or production team

Maintain drawing version control and manage document numbering systems

Bill of Materials (BOM) & ERP

Prepare and update Bills of Materials (BOM) for valve components and assemblies Enter,

maintain, and verify BOM data accurately in the ERP system

Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure BOM accuracy

Support engineering change requests (ECR/ECN) and update BOM accordingly

Cross-check part numbers, material specs, and quantities in the system

Design Support

Assist senior engineers in product design, modification, and standardization activities

Support preparation of design documentation including datasheets and specifications

Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into drawings

Help troubleshoot design-related issues raised from shop floor or quality team

General

Maintain organized archives of drawings, models, and project files

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and purchase

Support R&D activities for new product development as required

Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and design quality guidelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
