Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant at VMax Healthtech. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving service program sales and providing expert nutritional advice and guidance to customers, assisting them in choosing the right nutrition plans and supplements to meet their fitness goals. You will also be responsible for conducting sales calls, following up with leads, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills.
As a Health Consultant (Inside Sales) at VMax Healthtech, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. You'll be responsible for:
- Driving Sales: Actively generating and closing sales of our premium nutrition programs and supplements.
- Epert Guidance: Providing personalized nutritional advice and recommendations to customers, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Acquisition: Actively seek and identify potential clients for VMax Healthtech’s premium plans. Convert free users to paying subscribers through effective sales strategies.
Customer Understanding: Thoroughly assess client needs and requirements to tailor suitable solutions.
Sales Process Mastery: Successfully execute the sales process, from lead generation to closure, through rigorous training and development.
Negotiation Skills: Negotiate favorable deals that benefit both the client and the organization.
Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive month-over-month growth.
Brand Building: Position VMax Healthtech as an industry leader through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Efficiency: Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and increase conversion rates.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
Lead Qualification and Follow-up: Identify high-quality leads and effectively follow up to drive sales opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and foster a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Nutrition or a related field is added advantage.
- Industry Knowledge: Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, with a strong understanding of the domain.
- Work Schedule: Willing to work in a split shift (9:00 AM – 12 PM & 3:00 PM – 9 PM).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/Tele sales, preferably in the Health & Wellness Industry.
- Subject Expertise: Knowledge of weight loss strategies, workout progression, and related health concepts.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one regional language such as Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam or Hindi
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills, with a highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-driven approach. Strong negotiation, closing abilities, and diligent follow-up skills.
- Technical Requirements: Must have a good working laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Compensation: Attractive salary package with lucrative incentive schemes
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
