US & CANADA Operations Executive AGS Task
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executives to join our dynamic team 100% for the US & CANADA logistics Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, Fluency in English is must, and a keen understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. This position preferred but not required (Training provided) an individual with experience in freight coordination, dispatching, and ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
Our US customers are going to Invest in right people. Who has the ability to run a USA business under AGS roof.
BASE SALARY + Performance-Based Incentives in US $ (DOLLARS).(Double triple of Base Salary)
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination & Operations Management:
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including dispatching, tracking, and delivery scheduling.
- Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by working closely with carriers, shippers, and drivers.
- Optimize transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor freight movement and address any operational challenges proactively.
Communication & Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers (Manufacturers/Wholesalers/Distributors/Traders/Farmers/Importers/Exporters), Transportation Carriers, Shippers & Receivers.
- Good Negotiator of Freight rates in US$ with Client and Transportation carriers.
- Provide real-time updates to clients regarding shipment status, delays, or any changes.
- Resolve any operational issues, delays, or disputes effectively.
Carrier & Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, carriers, Insurance agents and Other logistics partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates and contracts with carriers to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all Transportation carriers meet company compliance and safety standards.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and compliance paperwork are accurate and up to date.
- Stay updated on US & Canada transportation regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies and ensure all shipments adhere to industry standards.
Technology & CRM Utilization:
- Use CRM, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and other logistics software to track and manage shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics.
- Generate operational reports and provide insights to senior management.
Problem Solving & Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks, delays, or operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure quick resolution of freight-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and resolve unexpected challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, dispatching, or transportation coordination (but not required; training provided).
- Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal) with excellent communication skills is MUST.
- Knowledge of freight brokerage, dispatching, and shipping regulations is preferred (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM, TMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and logistics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred (But Not required) Skills:
- Knowledge of North American freight regulations, customs clearance, and carrier compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Previous experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, or transportation scheduling is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
