Internship Overview
This internship is designed for MBA HR students who wish to gain practical experience in IT talent acquisition. As an HR Intern, you will work alongside our HR team and get exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to candidate onboarding — specifically within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Shine.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements shared by the technical team.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate interest, availability, and basic fitment.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical/hiring managers.
Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Post and manage job descriptions on job portals and company social media handles.
Follow up with candidates for interview confirmations, feedback, and joining updates.
Assist in offer rollout, document collection, and pre-joining formalities.
Support HR team in organising campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
Learn and work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Provide daily and weekly status updates to the HR Manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing MBA / PGDM with specialisation in Human Resources.
Students in 1st year (summer internship) or 2nd year (project internship) are eligible.
B.E. / B.Tech graduates pursuing MBA HR will be given preference.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Ability to commit to the full internship duration with regular attendance.
Desired Skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT recruitment environment.
Basic awareness of IT roles – Developer, Tester, DevOps, SAP, Data Analyst, etc.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and team orientation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
