Sales & Marketing / Calling Executive Position
Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented, confident, and energetic Sales & Marketing / Calling Executive to join our growth-driven team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company—responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating quality leads, and building strong business relationships over the phone and through digital communication to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and reach out to prospective B2B/B2C clients, pitch our products/services, and generate qualified sales leads.
· Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers, understanding their requirements and providing the right solutions.
· Sales Conversion: Follow up diligently on enquiries, send formal business proposals/quotations, and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
· Market Feedback: Collect and document feedback from customers regarding pricing, market trends, and competitor activities to share with management.
· Database Management: Maintain and update clean, precise records of daily calls made, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the company CRM or excel logs.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation
· Graduate or 12th Standard Pass (with an exceptional track record in sales).
Experience
· 1 to 5 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Business Development roles. (Experience in industrial sales or automation is a plus but not mandatory).
Key Skills Needed
· Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to speak confidently in English, Hindi, and local regional languages.
· Persuasion & Negotiation: A positive attitude with the ability to handle objections, negotiate terms, and confidently close deals over the phone.
· Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfort using MS Office (Excel, Word), email software, or basic CRM tools for daily reporting.
