Job Mission

Your mission is to position Hoora as the most talked-about Vehicle 360 brand in India. You will own the entire influencer ecosystem—from high-level strategy and selection to contract negotiation and performance tracking. You are responsible for transforming influencer collaborations into a high-impact channel for hyperlocal service awareness and D2C product sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Strategic Selection: Identify and vet high-alignment creators across Instagram and YouTube, ensuring their audience matches our hyperlocal service zones and D2C buyer personas.
- Network Scaling: Build and maintain a proprietary database of “Hoora Brand Ambassadors”—ranging from micro-influencers for city-level trust to mega-creators for national brand equity.
- Tiered Campaigns: Design specific strategies for different goals: awareness campaigns for new city launches and conversion-driven campaigns for D2C product sales.
2. Partnership Development & Negotiation
- End-to-End Negotiation: Lead outreach and negotiate complex contracts, deliverables, and usage rights. You must balance budget efficiency with high-quality output.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier creators and agencies, fostering long-term loyalty that goes beyond “one-off” posts.
3. Creative Direction & Performance
- Content Hooks & Storytelling: Guide influencers on narrative structure, hooks, and CTAs (Call to Actions) that reflect Hoora’s identity while maintaining the creator’s authentic voice.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the content calendar and ensure every deliverable is met on time and meets brand standards.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on key metrics—Engagement Rate, Reach, CPV (Cost Per View), and Direct Sales/Bookings attributed to influencer links/codes.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to “whitelist” influencer content for paid ads to maximize ROAS.
- Product Insights: Feed creator and audience feedback back to the Product and CX teams to improve our service offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience (Mandatory): 3–5+ years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing, ideally for a D2C brand, Hyperlocal startup, or Creative Agency.
- Negotiation Power: Strong experience in contract management and price negotiation. You know the market rates and how to get the best value for spend.
- Trend Obsessed: You live on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You know the latest “hooks,” audio trends, and platform algorithm changes before they go viral.
- Data-Driven: You don’t just report “likes.” You understand how influencer metrics translate into brand lift and bottom-line revenue.
- Creative Judgment: Ability to distinguish between “popular” content and “effective” brand storytelling.
