About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Chandigarh office. This is a high-impact, hybrid sales role that blends B2B channel management with B2C tele-counseling. You will be responsible for expanding our network of educational agents across the region while simultaneously driving direct student enrollments for premier international MBBS and global healthcare programs offered by Moksh Overseas Educon Limited.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Partner Acquisition & Empanelment
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B channel partners, including independent educational consultants, local coaching centers, and school counselors across the region.
- Conduct field visits and virtual meetings to present Moksh’s product portfolio, institutional credibility, and lucrative commission structures to prospective agents.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring smooth empanelment and compliance with company policies.
2. B2B Account Management & Revenue Generation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for empaneled agents, providing them with ongoing product training, marketing collateral, and operational support.
- Drive business volume through the partner network by setting targets, strategizing joint local campaigns, and motivating agents to maximize their student referrals.
- Resolve any partner queries, track their lead pipelines, and ensure timely processing of their payouts to build long-term, high-trust relationships.
3. Direct Telecalling & Lead Conversion (B2C)
- Engage directly with prospective students and parents (NEET aspirants) via telecalling, utilizing both company-provided leads and data generated through the B2B network.
- Conduct expert counseling sessions to explain international admission pathways, university structures, budget planning, and post-graduation licensing exams (like FMGE/NEXT or USMLE).
- Maintain rigorous follow-ups, overcome objections, and close sales to meet individual monthly enrollment targets.
- Log all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules meticulously in the CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of solid experience in sales, business development, or channel management. Prior experience in the overseas education consultancy (specifically MBBS abroad) or EdTech sector is highly preferred.
- Skillset: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to seamlessly switch between pitching a business opportunity to an agent and counseling an anxious parent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in regional languages (Punjabi) is a distinct advantage for field networking.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within the Tricity and surrounding regions to meet B2B partners.
- Drive: Self-starter mentality with the ability to handle pressure, meet aggressive sales quotas, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
