Job Title: Business Development Executive / Industrial Sales Executive

We are a growing industrial supply company based in Mysore serving manufacturing companies with ESD protection products, industrial packaging materials, and customized stationery solutions. Our clients include electronics manufacturing companies and industrial units across Karnataka. We are expanding our sales team to strengthen our presence in the electronics and manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing companies, especially electronics and PCB assembly units.
- Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas and factories.
- Build relationships with purchase managers, production managers, and quality teams.
- Present company products including ESD solutions, industrial packaging materials, and customized consumables.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close orders.
- Support vendor registration processes with new companies.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track leads systematically.
- Work closely with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery to clients.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably industrial products or manufacturing supplies.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and willingness for field sales may also apply.

- Comfortable with frequent travel for client visits

Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
