Guitar Faculty Job Description

Position: Guitar Faculty / Guitar Teacher
Department: Music Department
Organization: Tansen School of Music and Dance

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct guitar classes for students of different age groups and skill levels.
Teach basic to advanced guitar techniques, chords, scales, rhythm, and music theory.
Prepare lesson plans and practice materials for students.
Monitor students’ performance and provide regular feedback.
Maintain discipline and positive classroom environment during sessions.
Prepare students for performances, examinations, and stage activities.
Coordinate with branch admin and management regarding class schedules and student progress.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of musical instruments and classroom equipment.
Encourage creativity, confidence, and musical growth among students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experiencenimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred.
