Our mission is to make a world where everyone has access to delivery. Where goods move as freely as information moves today.
This is possible. Today the cost of moving on a scooter is ₹2/km. That’s the cost of moving a 150kg mass from point A to B. We’re bringing that mass down to less than 5kgs, concurrently bringing the cost down to 10 paise/km. This is how we make deliveries a reality. This is how we create a world where we’re doing billions of deliveries per day.
The tech is not there. The current cost of drone delivery is ₹100/km. We need to completely redefine the way things are done here. We’re building the world’s most efficient aircraft from the ground-up, and scaling that up to beyond anything the aerospace sector has ever seen. This cannot be an iterative process. We have to tear down all conventions and build everything up from scratch.
To do this, we need nothing less than the best engineers. The ones who care about building something fundamentally different, who are deeply curious about understanding the fundamentals of everything they’re working on, who are dreamers that believe in the impossible.
We're looking for a proactive and dependable Facility & Admin Associate to join our growing Admin & Operations team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across facility management, office administration, vendor coordination, and general operations. Working closely with and reporting to the Admin Head, this is an execution-focused role centred on keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, owning tasks end-to-end, and professionally handling whatever comes up in between.
Facilities & Office Management
Facility Operations — Oversee the day-to-day running of the HQ, workshop, and lab, including supplies, pantry, seating, cleanliness, security, and access
Issue Resolution — Act as the first responder for facility issues, resolving most independently and escalating only what genuinely needs the Admin Head's call
Maintenance & AMCs — Track AMCs, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure facility vendors (housekeeping, security, internet, power backup, repairs) deliver on time
Proactive Support — Anticipate the day-to-day challenges employees are likely to face, address them in advance, and prioritise effectively to keep operations running without disruption
Administration & Coordination
Task Ownership — Take ownership of tasks delegated by the Admin Head and run them to completion reliably, with minimal follow-up
Ad-hoc Handling — Manage unexpected requests and situations as they arise without losing track of routine responsibilities
Records & Documentation — Maintain organised, retrievable records including contracts, vendor agreements, insurance, statutory documents, and asset registers
Vendor & Procurement
Vendor Management — Source, coordinate, and manage vendors for office supplies, IT peripherals, consumables, and furniture
Procurement Support — Raise POs, follow up on deliveries, verify invoices against quotes, and keep the vendor and AMC tracker current
Travel, Logistics & Events
Travel Management — Book and manage team travel, stays, and transport, including for field deployments
Logistics Coordination — Coordinate the movement of equipment and assets between HQ and field or customer sites
Events & Hosting — Support offsites, team events, and visitor and customer hosting
Finance & Asset Support
Finance Coordination — Support invoice processing, vendor payment follow-ups, petty cash, and expense tracking in coordination with the Finance team, keeping admin spends documented and within budget
Asset Management — Maintain the asset register and track allocation, returns, warranties, and AMCs
People Ops Support — Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including laptops, access, workstation setup, and ID/asset issuance
Must-Have
1–4 years of experience in admin, facilities, or office operations, with a track record of owning day-to-day execution
