POSITION OVERVIEW
The (Senior) Analyst (Automation) is a key member of the automation stream within the Organic Growth Team (OGT). This role focuses on designing, developing, delivering and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes, eliminate repetitive work, and enhance operational efficiency across the Asia Pacific (APAC) business.
Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers and functional stakeholders, this role builds and deploys automation scripts, bots and process workflow enhancements using tools such as Python, Power Automate, UiPath or equivalent frameworks, while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards. The (Senior) Analyst will also contribute to developing the automation repository, establishing reusable automation patterns, and supporting the long-term automation roadmap for APAC & EMEA.
While the primary focus will be on the Asia Pacific region, this role may be required to collaborate with other regions including Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as the Americas, with the intent of sharing insights and best-practices.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Business analyst responsibilities will include:

BDS Sales Enablement and ATR Sales Leadership to capture and maintain robust pipeline with healthy distribution of short-, medium- and long-term opportunities, including but not limited to qualification protocols for RFPs, profitability assessments, competitors' client mapping

(Salesforce) with proactive sessions to update and identify key targets
-
tools (like Beacon & CuSearch) to identify key trends that sharpen the sales focus and improve win rates; and communicates performance to leadership

– For the identified 4-5 key accounts, work with designated account leads and support building reports, dashboards within Salesforce to map and refine process of engagement to drive further growth
The position responsibilities will include:

Automation Development: Design, build and deploy automation solutions (e.g. scripts, bots, workflows) that streamline repetitive or rule-based business processes.

Maintenance and Monitoring: Maintain existing automations and ensure ongoing stability, scalability and alignment with evolving business needs.

Automation Repository Management: Develop and maintain an internal library of automations and reusable code components, ensuring documentation and version control

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of automations to ensure quality, reliability, and performance prior to deployment

Collaboration with Process Stream: Partner with Business Analysts to translate process maps and user stories into executable automation logic

Data Governance Alignment: Ensure all automations comply with data security, governance, and privacy standards, collaborating closely with broader teams across the OGT.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and demonstrate automation value through measurable efficiency gains

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for further automation or simplification of business processes through proactive analysis.

Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and training to enhance automation literacy of the OGT

Project Management: Participate in project management activities including scoping and estimation, delivery and progress reporting and ensure timely execution aligned with strategic objectives.

Team Mentorship: Play a role in mentoring junior analysts, reviewing their work, providing feedback and supporting their development

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

Strong proficiency in scripting or automation development (e.g. Python, Power Automate, UiPath, VBA or equivalent)

Understanding of business process mapping and process improvement methodologies

Familiarity with APIs, system integrations and data manipulation using SQL or similar

Experience using version control tools (e.g. Git) and workflow documentation tools (e.g. Visio)

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality and security in automation builds

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement

Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end automation projects and mentoring others
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
-
Analyst: 1–3 years of experience in process automation, scripting, or related technical domains.

Senior Analyst: 4–7 years of experience in automation development or process engineering roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.

Exposure to real estate, professional services, or shared services environments advantageous
