In this role, you will work closely with our Product Managers and Application Consultants to design, build, and support robust technical solutions. What You'll Be Doing
- Take part in the design, development, and ongoing support of our applications — from understanding requirements to delivering working software.
- Spend time getting to know our existing products and the business context around it, so you can make informed decisions as you contribute.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Write well-structured, unit-tested code that follows established standards and is easy for your teammates to work with.
- Communicate directly with customers when needed — providing technical assistance, clarifying requirements, and helping them make the best use of our solutions.
- Take ownership of your work. You are expected to be self-driven —meet your commitments, and raise your hand when you need support, not just when something goes wrong.
- We work in a time-critical domain, and we need someone who stays focused and solution-oriented when the stakes are high.
What We're Looking For
Core Technical Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in application development using C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong command of C#, .NET Core, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Practical experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ for data access, along with the ability to design well-structured, layered application architectures.
- Good understanding of software design principles and common design patterns.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server — covering database design, query optimisation, stored procedures, indexing strategies, performance tuning, SQL Server Agent Jobs, and SSRS report development etc.
- Working knowledge of React.js or Angular for front-end development and integrating UI with backend services; TypeScript experience is an advantage.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with SignalR or similar technologies for real-time communication is a plus.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for source control, pipelines, and work item tracking is preferred.
Professional Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good documentation habits — you write things down clearly and keep them updated.

- Staying current with AI tools and actively using them to improve productivity and work quality is something we value.
Good to Have
- Any familiarity with SCADA or PLC systems is a definite advantage, though not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience with Grafana or similar dashboard/monitoring tools for visualizing data and system health is nice to have.
Kindly note that this is a work-from-office position based at our Kochi office. Candidates should either be currently located in Kochi or be willing to relocate to Kochi to be considered for this role.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
