Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage high-end interior design projects across commercial, hospitality, corporate, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, project coordination experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution.
Develop space planning, design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Prepare detailed drawings, technical documentation, and design specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and execution teams.
Conduct client meetings and present design proposals professionally.
Review material selections, finishes, furniture layouts, and detailing.
Monitor project timelines, site progress, and design quality standards.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Mentor and guide junior designers and design interns.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
6–10 years of relevant experience in:
Commercial Projects
Hospitality Projects
Corporate Office Projects
Retail Projects
Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, and execution processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience in handling large-scale corporate and hospitality projects.
Strong understanding of site coordination and project management.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and vendor coordination.
Good aesthetic sense with attention to detail and functionality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
