We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Receptionist / Office Assistant to manage front desk activities and support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Attend visitors and manage front desk operations
- Maintain records and perform data entry work
- Assist with GST filing and basic documentation
- Manage fee collection and maintain payment records
- Prepare and type letters, documents, and reports
- Work on Excel sheets and maintain office data
- Coordinate with staff and clients when required
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in receptionist or office administration role is preferred
- Good communication and calling skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
