Job Title: Technical Sales Representative – Smart Home & WiFi Switches

As a specialist in premium smart electrical devices and WiFi switch technology, we are actively searching for an ambitious, tech-minded sales professional to scale our presence and deliver our home automation solutions throughout the Gujarat region.

Position Objective

We need a dynamic sales expert with a solid grasp of electrical frameworks and IoT smart home systems. Your primary mission will be accelerating the adoption of our WiFi switches, advising clients on proper module setups, and executing tailored marketing initiatives for both B2B audiences (architects, electricians, builders) and B2C consumers (homeowners).

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Uncover, pitch, and secure new business for our smart electrical modules across your assigned territory.
Product Showcases: Lead interactive demonstrations, breaking down module operations, wiring needs, and compatibility with leading home automation platforms.
Relationship Building: Forge and nurture lasting partnerships with local real estate developers, interior designers, retail distributors, and electrical contractors.
Promotional Efforts: Support the development of digital content, brochures, and sales collateral that emphasize the distinct advantages of our products.
Industry Tracking: Keep a close eye on market shifts, competitor pricing, and emerging trends to ensure our offerings remain highly competitive.
Technical Consultation: Offer expert pre-sales advice to help clients choose the exact modules required for their unique electrical architectures.

Must-Have Qualifications

Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, or BSc in an Electrical field (or a highly relevant technical discipline). Substantial hands-on experience in the industry is strongly valued as an equivalent.
Core Expertise: A thorough understanding of standard wiring principles, smart home IoT frameworks, and electrical switch modules is mandatory.
Professional Background: Demonstrated success in business development, field sales, or marketing within the hardware, electrical, or home automation sectors.
Language & Presentation: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical details for everyday consumers. Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi is essential.
Work Ethic: Highly motivated, results-driven, and fully prepared for frequent local travel to expand business networks.

Advantageous Skills

Prior exposure to major smart ecosystems (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Home).
An established track record in B2B field sales and building distributor networks.
Competence in digital outreach, such as WhatsApp business campaigns and social media marketing.
