Job Title: Python, AI/ML & Data Science Trainer cum DeveloperAbout the Role

VProTech Digital is seeking motivated and passionate Python, AI/ML & Data Science Trainer cum Developers to join our team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who possess strong technical knowledge and an interest in training, mentoring, and real-world project development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to live development projects involving Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science technologies.

Freshers with hands-on project experience, internships, certifications, or a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Conduct hands-on workshops, live coding sessions, and project-based learning activities.
Guide students in developing academic and industry-oriented projects.
Provide technical mentoring, resolve learner queries, and monitor student progress.
Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and learning resources.
Conduct online and offline training sessions as required.

Development Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of real-world AI, ML, and data-driven solutions.
Contribute to live projects involving data analysis, predictive modeling, automation, and AI applications.
Support data collection, preprocessing, model training, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends in AI and Data Science.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of Python programming.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science concepts.
Hands-on experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, and Seaborn.
Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and statistical concepts.
Familiarity with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and data visualization techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong willingness to learn, teach, and adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge, academic projects, internships, or relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
Experienced candidates with training or project experience in Python, AI, ML, or Data Science are also welcome.
