Job Overview
KKINSUGI is looking for experienced DevOps Engineers with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud Contact Center, Microsoft Teams & Collaboration, AI & Automation technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and integrating contact center platforms while driving DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-based solutions.
A strong focus on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance is mandatory for this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenesys Cloud Administration
- Administer and support Genesys Cloud platform across multiple business environments.
- Manage contact center operations, user administration, routing strategies, and platform optimization.
- Ensure platform availability, performance, security, and scalability.
IVR & Call Flow Development
- Design and develop advanced IVR call flows.
- Configure intelligent skills-based routing.
- Optimize customer journey and contact center experiences.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing call flows.
System Integration
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise applications and banking/core systems.
- Develop and maintain integrations using:
- Genesys Cloud REST APIs
- SDKs
- JSON
- Webhooks
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.
DevOps & Automation
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation best practices.
- Ensure smooth environment promotion from Development to Production.
Programming & Scripting
- Develop automation scripts and backend tools using:
- JavaScript
- Python
- SQL
- Build reusable automation frameworks and integration utilities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Create custom reporting and analytics dashboards.
- Monitor platform performance and user experience metrics.
- Provide actionable insights for business and operational teams.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform API testing using Postman.
- Validate integrations and deployments.
- Ensure release quality through automated testing and deployment practices.
