Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dotnet Developer with a strong background in Microservices, Cloud technologies, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in handling pre-sales calls, and expertise in leading and managing teams to execute projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop: Develop high-quality applications using .NET, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Front-End Development: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using React or Angular.
Pre-Sales and Client Interaction: Actively participate in pre-sales calls, providing technical expertise and guidance to potential clients.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Project Execution: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Agile Methodologies: Work within an Agile framework, using tools like JIRA to manage tasks, track progress, and deliver high-quality software.
CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met through regular code reviews and testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in .NET development, including hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Strong proficiency in front-end development using React or Angular.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in handling pre-sales calls and client interactions.
Proven track record in team management and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.
Experience with JIRA, Scrum methodologies, and Agile project management practices.
Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other relevant technologies.
