Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Python Developer who takes full ownership of their work and is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality software solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond simply completing assigned tasks. We are seeking a developer who thinks critically, validates their work thoroughly, proactively identifies potential issues, and takes pride in delivering polished solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
You will be responsible for developing backend systems, APIs, automation tools, integrations, dashboards, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and ensuring exceptional software quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
Develop automation systems, internal tools, and business applications.
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and external platforms.
Design, optimize, and manage relational databases and data workflows.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Review requirements carefully and ensure complete implementation.
Validate outputs, calculations, reports, and business logic before deployment.
Perform comprehensive testing and quality assurance before release.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
Take ownership of projects from development through deployment and ongoing support.
Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Contribute to improving development processes, standards, and system architecture.

Required Skills

1–3 Years Strong experience in Python development.
Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other SQL databases.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Preferred Experience

React or modern frontend development frameworks.
Analytics and reporting dashboard development.
Shopify API integrations and e-commerce systems.
Google APIs and third-party service integrations.
Web scraping and automation systems.
AI-powered applications and workflow automation.
Docker, containerization, and Linux server environments.
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
