Full job description

Nexon Software is looking for a skilled Laravel & WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience in Laravel and hands-on experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and websites for various clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel
Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins
Create REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs
Optimize website performance and database queries
Troubleshoot and fix bugs
Work with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap)
Maintain clean and scalable code

Requirements

Strong knowledge of PHP & Laravel Framework
Experience with WordPress custom theme & plugin development
Good understanding of MySQL
Knowledge of Git version control
Basic understanding of REST API development
Familiarity with cPanel / hosting environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantage)

Experience with Vue.js or React
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with payment gateway integration
Understanding of server management (Linux, VPS)
