Main Purpose of this Role: You will mainly be working with Microsoft technologies like Dynamics 365 CRM Online and helping us to develop web applications & portals on top of Microsoft 365 CRM Online or as a complete solution. As Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET Software engineer you will work with clients across many different industries to develop innovative business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics platform. You will get an opportunity to participate in large, mid-size and small Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM consulting and development projects. Our focus is predominantly on cloud technologies and you will be learning about these as well
Job Responsibility:
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions.
- Work with clients to determine functional requirements and specifications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Utilize .NET, JavaScript, and ASP.NET to customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions where out-of-the-box configuration is not sufficient.
- Engage with Business Development Mangers and clients during the presales phase to collect the necessary information to draft Statements of Work and develop demonstrations.
- Provide status reports to clients and maintain a positive client relationship.
- 2+ years’ experience developing systems using .NET, C#
- Exposure to HTML5/JavaScript/JQuery.
- 2 years of experience in environment designing and delivering technical projects, consulting experience preferred but not required.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to discuss requirements with international & domestic clients.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously.
- Ability to code from technical specifications
- Gain an understanding of the client’s products, processes and competitive strategies.
- Identify technical problem areas and opportunities for improvement.
Technical skills:
- .NET 4.0, 4.5, C#, HTML5 ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, WCF.
- SQL Server 2012/2014 (T-SQL),
- Expertise within the .NET Framework is important as well as full exposure to the software development life cycle, coding, testing and documentation
- Thorough understanding of multi-tiered applications.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization/configuration a plus
- SharePoint customization/configuration a plus
- Experience with Fetch XML, Ajax, DNN, and web technologies a plus.
- Certifications a plus
