Experience in change management and organizational transformation

Ability to translate global initiatives into regional execution plans

Budget management and resource allocation experience

Cross-functional collaboration skills with regional business units

Mentoring and coaching capabilities for regional team development

Experience of working in Financial IT

Experience of working with AI & Agentic Workflows

Experience of working with senior development and infrastructure managers within an investment bank or similar production environment

Hands on technical background on development, infrastructure and production stability

Regional or global team management experience

Understanding of regional regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks

Experience managing virtual teams across different time zones

Track record of successful regional technology transformations
